So... Who else thinks the new chat system is totally awful?
We now have "All Channel Chat", "Find Party Chat", and "Trade Chat". None of them are being used appropriately. Yes, I know we can turn them off, but even if we do, the chat we can't see still bumps the chat we can see. Besides, we shouldn't HAVE to turn of something like trade chat if we intend to use it the right way. Having a chat EVERYONE in the game can see can be dangerous. Many of us know why.
This chat bumping bug isn't a new thing at all, either. It definitely needs fixed. Several people I know refuse to come online until something is done about this new chat system. Many of us just want to see things like clan chat, party chat, and whisper. I don't wanna see something like "ajgpiajga where are you? I'm in Silaris." every 30 seconds. Especially when it's in trade chat.
This new update was GREAT, I liked everything except the chat stuff. If they would at LEAST fix the chat bumping thing, the game would be a lot more fun to be on.
