Am I the only one annoyed with the way they ninjaed this skill? Originally it was 2x the damage for a 10% chance returned for physical hits.

Now it's 1x the damage for 10% chance. I am just a bit tired of how they change skills without telling the players etc... A comprehensive update might be nice. But as far as this skill goes it should have been left alone.
